Dermal filler is great for anyone looking to define and enhance their natural features and improve profile balance. If you are concerned with signs of ageing or loss of firmness we would also recommend this treatment.

We recommend no alcohol for at least 48-72 hours before. Do not take blood-thinning medications for 2 weeks before.

Everybody is different but we recommend around 6 - 18 months before you need a top-up, but Katie will advise you during your consultation.

No make-up for the remainder of the day, as this may cause an infection at injection site. Avoid strenuous exercise for 24 - 48 hours as elevated blood pressure and heart rate from exercise may make swelling or bruising worse. It’s fine to engage in light activity, like walking.
Bromelain supplement is great to take for reducing pain and swelling after the treatment, this is also found naturally in pineapple juice. -
Downtime is minimal and if you are prone to bruising, bruises will reduce in 7-14 days. You may experience a heaviness or tight feeling that will last around 3-5 days.
